Dishwasher and Microwave Safe

The artwork on our porcelain has been fired into the glaze at 1000 degrees C. Later, the work hardens, thereby ensuring its color and luminosity. As a result, it is scratch and wear resistant and its functionality allows for use in the dishwater and microwave.

Orders & Order Follow Up

You may track your package online by entering your order number. Please wait 24 hours after placing your order for the tracking status to be updated. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations will be processed once an order is submitted. Our warehouse packages and ships orders as quickly as possible to ensure a prompt delivery time. Upon receipt of your order, if you find something is missing, damaged, or doesn’t belong in your order, please contact us right away via email or phone. We are committed to providing our customers with a perfect experience and will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

Shipping [within the United States]

All orders ship with a tracking number. Our goal is to ship your order and provide you with a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order. If it is going to take longer, we will contact you by email. Generally, packages will take [3-5] days to arrive. If you require alternate shipping arrangements, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Returns and Refunds

We urge you to inspect your purchase fully upon receipt. Since our products involve original designs by commissioned artists, our refund policy lasts only 5 business days from the receipt of your purchase. After that, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. If you need to return your purchase within the return period, send us an email at and send your item to our warehouse located at: Mark Legere Collections, 368 Passaic Avenue, Fairfield, NJ 07004. We will replace your items if they arrived defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are only refundable if you return a damaged product timely. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; your return shipping is not under our control and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If an item is returned not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds will be granted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved or partially approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after ten days, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank before you contact us. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
